Part of the upcoming release of 6of5 Wiki will the 6of5 Mobile App. As of now you can already use and test the app (as of build 650) with the public 6of5 wiki and the public available content.
In the following article we describe, how to install the app on your smartphone. The app supports iPhone and also Android smartphones.
Installation of 6of5 Mobile
6of5 Mobile is a web based app, a so called Web App. Look and feel of the web app is like a native app and it also can be used with touch commands. An advantge of a Web Apps is that they can be installed directly from a URL. There is no need to use Apple App Store or the Android Market.
Open 6of5 Mobile (Step 1)
First open the browser on your smartphone and surf to the 6of5 Website http://6of5.com.
On the left side you find a new button 
, click this button to open 6of5 Mobile.
Now you can use the 6of5 Mobile and look for recent changes or search in the public available content. More comfortable is it to add the the app to the home screen, so it can be directly called!
Add 6of5 Mobile to Home Screen (Step 2)
To call 6of5 Mobile like a native App on the smartphone, let’s complete the following steps.
Now press the symbol 
on bottom tool bar on the screen.
Then select Add to Home Screen
Give App a name and Add
That’s it, finished! Now you can call 6of5 Mobile directly from Home Screen!
